The G-CODE LOADING MACHINE palletises full bags directly onto truck platforms (with or without pallet). It’s compatible with a wide range of trucks, from flat type with fixed or removable side and rear panels, to dumper trucks and trucks with trailers.It’s highly reliable, even in the toughest conditions. Efficient loading of open top trucks Whether your trucks have fixed side panels, G-CODE can fill the complete truck platform from side to side with no gap. The bags are positioned and pressed without space between the stacks and layers, ensuring unparalleled stability during transport.
Easy to operate
The operator panel displays the dynamic mimic of the automatic loader and provides both a clear and detailed overview and close monitoring of all operations.
It’s easy to set loading parameters in accordance with the different types of trucks to be loaded. You can even change the number of layers for each row of pallets and the number of rows per truck. The panel also provides alarm and warning lists for proper troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Depending on the bag size, the machine can load bags in double patterns of five, six, and ten bags per layer. Bag handling for various types of bag material – for example, paper and HDPE bags – is achieved through a very low positioning height. G-CODE even can load onto the floor.
